Lenovo computers are available with a wide variety of operating systems, and the latest version of Linux can be installed via the standard method.
The Linux OS is available in two flavours, one based on Debian, and one based off Ubuntu.
Debian users who have a computer running Ubuntu usually have to use Ubuntu’s installer to install the OS.
The other option is to install a Linux distribution directly from the internet, with the option to choose whether to install it in a CD or USB drive.
If you have a Lenovo computer that’s running Ubuntu and you want to install Ubuntu directly from a CD, it’ll take about an hour, depending on the size of the drive.
Alternatively, if you’re on a Mac or PC, you can use the latest installer from Ubuntu, which comes pre-configured with Ubuntu installed and up to date.
This means that Ubuntu will work with your existing Mac, but you’ll need to install another operating system in order to access it.
If, however, you’re looking for the latest Linux OS, then the easiest way to do so is to buy a Lenovo laptop.
The manufacturer has its own Linux distribution available, which is currently only available on the UK’s GIGABYTE servers, though it’s available for other computers as well.
The latest version is Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
Ubuntu is the only Linux distribution that’s actually available to buy directly from Lenovo, so it’s a good option if you have some spare cash.
If you’re more comfortable with Linux, you might want to look for a Dell laptop, which has Ubuntu installed as well as other operating systems.
However, you’ll still have to make sure you buy the right hardware.
Most of Lenovo’s laptop models come with either Intel Core i3 or i5 processors, and if you choose to upgrade to a Xeon processor, you should be able to upgrade from the base model of the laptop to the higher-end i5-4590.
However, the processor itself isn’t an essential part of the machine, so upgrading to the newer processor is usually more cost-effective.
There’s also the matter of whether you’re happy with the laptop’s keyboard.
The Laptops we tested come with a range of Cherry MX switches, but they’re fairly expensive, and they’re not very comfortable to use.
It can be hard to get the keys to click at the right speed, and it’s not uncommon for them to accidentally hit the buttons when you’re trying to type.
Lenovo’s keyboard, on the other hand, is a full-size, aluminium model with a click-sensitive trackpad.
It’s also easier to press the keys, and a few years ago the company released a mechanical version, but these keyboards are still very popular.
