The Hill – A new app, called The Cartoon Computer, is making computer cartoons easier to make and share.
The app, which was launched last week, has been downloaded more than 100,000 times.
The apps aim to be used in educational settings, in places like schools, hospitals and universities.
The app has a simple interface with a few buttons and buttons to tap to create a cartoon.
Users can then share the animated image with friends and family.
The software was developed by The Center for Cartoon Technology at the University of California, Berkeley, with help from Cartoon Studio in Santa Monica, Calif.
The center also helped develop a software called Bricks & Bits that lets users draw on their walls and ceilings.
It can draw a variety of types of objects and sizes.
